The Nest Membership
We call our Remission Nutrition family of clients, loved ones, colleagues and friends THE NEST.
The Nest is a safe space filled with unconditional love, non-judgment, supportive listening, learning, sharing, and hope.
We will have two LIVE 60 minute zoom calls per month where we will discuss health topics as they relate to A Metabolic Approach to Cancer and Health. Each month will have a theme (fasting, side effect management, minimizing toxic load, healthy cooking, hormone balance, healthy shopping, travel and eating out and various lifestyle aspects of health like exercise and stress management.) The first portion of each call will be utilized for educational sharing by one of the Remission Nutrition team members or guest speakers. We will follow with a live Q&A and group support discussion. Members will have access to a recording if they are unable to attend. As part of creating a community, members will have access to a private group chat through our HIPAA compliant portal which will be monitored by Remission Nutrition team members. This is a three-month membership with the opportunity to renew at the end.
